Order Processing Schedule

• Orders received by 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) will be processed the same day
• Orders received after 4:30 PM will be processed the following business day
• Orders received after 12:30 PM on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday
• No processing on UK National Holidays or during our annual Christmas closure

Production & Dispatch

All items are expertly crafted to order using our extensive inventory of premium materials. We typically dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.

Working days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Methods

Most orders are sent via next-day courier service to UK mainland addresses for fast, reliable delivery. To keep costs affordable, orders under £10 are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class service (clearly indicated on applicable product pages).

Holiday Schedule

We close for approximately two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Orders can still be placed during this time but will not be processed until we resume operations in early January. Specific closure dates will be posted on our website closer to the time.
